With capacity for 140 people, the menu has been developed by the renowned chefs Miguel Hernandez, Carlos Mayta and Gonzalo Ruiz de Somocurcio. It incorporates the best products of our garden in a sophisticated and contemporary proposal.
Our chef has also prepared a Novo Andean Wellness menu combining native organic products, modern culinary techniques and nutrition facts. The result is simply irresistible: varied options that will allow guests to enjoy the taste of Peruvian culture while promoting good health and wellness.
