Investment will exceed 3.5 million dollars

Lima, July 17, 2012. Aranwa Hotels Resorts & Spas hotel chain present in the most important tourist destinations of Peru, will open its new facilities in the Colca Valley in Arequipa. This new project has an investment of over 3.5 million dollars and offers its visitors 41 rooms, among which there are 6 two-story villa, 3 double suites, 32 deluxe rooms, restaurant, chapel and Spa .

This new project is aimed at both foreign and domestic tourism, estimating to receive six thousand tourists who will enjoy the closeness we have the facilities to the town of Chivay, a major tourist spots in the Colca.

Aranwa Hotels Resorts & Spas always considering the needs of adaptation of visitors to the destination altitude has conditioned its spacious rooms with heated floors with radiant heating water heated using solar energy to, just as the bathrooms have heater water with the same technology. This green energy initiative is a hallmark of the hotel chain.

As for its social areas, the hotel has a library with books of Peruvian authors, and a collection of Peruvian culture. It has also a virtual library, a modern bar with karaoke room, wine cellar and pisco and a room billiards with tables games, checkers, chess, casino, craps, electric piano, guitar, cajon. The modern chapel can be used as a ballroom accommodating 100 people and has all the modern media, ideal for unforgettable weddings and ceremonies.
